Having previously worked for 4 years at Diligenta, dealing with Life and Pension products, Emma began her career as a Customer Service Representative and worked her way up to a Contact Centre Supervisor. Looking for a new challenge and to further her experience, she joined GBIM in May 2021 as part of the administration team.

Outside of Gore Browne, Emma enjoys going to a variety of music events, watching rugby and spending time with friends and family.
